Today, no basketball practice was held following the end of the school day at Western Plains High School. Administrators decided the weather was looking bad enough to not risk busing students home in the evening.
Now, the weather has delayed the start of school Thursday as well.

A one-vehicle accident occurred in Ness County early Sunday morning that resulted in one fatality.
